International Shipping
Until shipping rates and arrival dependability improve, we are currently ONLY shipping our full product line internationally to Japan. However we DO ship our surfboards to most destinations; UK, France, Australia, etc.
You may not receive an email confirmation from us for international orders, especially if you are using a cel phone/HTC service to place your order or receive confirmation. Just email us at the address below to confirm.

Ordering Surfboards
To order surfboards from Mitch’s Surf Shop, purchase them from our website by using the “add to cart” button and then filling out the form. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Mitch’s Surf Shop only charges you for the surfboard and the packing costs, you will pay the shipper separately, Freight Collect.
We will email you a complete invoice to approve before we charge your card.
When you approve the invoice we will charge you, then email you an invoice marked “PAID.”
Surfboard Shipping to World Destinations
Customs Fees
We only charge you for the surfboards and products. You are responsible for all customs, tax and associated fees in your destination country. Customs fees vary: check with your local customs agent for exact information.
Surfboard Packing Costs
For all international surfboard orders, we bubble wrap your surfboards in large shipping boxes. Up to 4 boards can be packed in 1 box, or 3 boards if they have glassed-on fins. Each shipping box costs $75 and the packing cost per board is $25.
Returns
We can’t accept returns on any products sold internationally.
All of our surfboards are sent with insurance; please check your board when it arrives.
File a claim with the shipper if there has been damage.
