We reply fast, usually in 24 hours.
We specialize in hand-shaped California Surfboards made of Polyurethane Foam. They are hand finished with either a gloss or sanded gloss coat of Polyester Resin. They are equipped with Fin Boxes that allow you to switch fins, or on some boards the fins are glassed on permanently.

We do not allow returns on used or washed items, or surfboards.
To Return items simply send them back to our address below with a note about the date, name or number of your original order. Any information will be useful; we have to look up your order. Your original payment will be returned to the credit card you used.
To Exchange for another size or color, send your items with a note about your original order. We allow one exchange to be made free of charge, and will send the new article back to you.

We currently only ship to the USA and Japan. Give us 3-5 days to process your orders.
We ship clothing and fins via the U.S. Postal Service, ground service for smaller/single item orders on the West Coast, and usually Priority Post for East Coast and larger orders.
Surfboard shipping and packing rates vary depending on the size of your board and its destination. Our Solana Beach shop handles all shipping details; they will contact you with an estimate to approve before we charge you. We cannot accept returns on any surfboards or fins.
